Q. What do you charge?
A. For carry-in service we generally charge $75 per hour for computer service with a 1 hour minimum. After the first hour we bill in 15 minute increments. For on-site service the hourly rate is $90 per hour with a one hour minimum and billed in 15 minute increments afterward.

Q. Do you have any discounts?
A. Yes. We offer a 10% discount on services to current members of the Greater West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and the LAX Coastal Area Chamber of Commerce. This discount applies to labor only.

Q. Do you work on MACs?
A. No. While we do have some OS X experience we really do not have the resources to provide any significant MAC support. If you need some light networking or general operating system help give us a call. We will always do our best for you.
