Many of our clients have asked for remote technical support. In answer to the demand OCT now has Remote Assistance available. Click the OCT Remote Assistance link below to get the program. Once you have the program on your computer give us a call. Our Computer Tech will guide you from there.

Common Questions:
With this program on my computer can you connect to my computer without my permission or knowledge?
No. You have to be at your computer to run the program for it to work. We cannot start it remotely.
Can other people connect to my computer with this software?
The OCT client will only work with OCT servers. Additionally the data is encrypted.
Our Computer Tech Support
Welcome to Our Computer Tech. Our Computer Tech provides support for clients with Windows based systems. We have carry-in (you bring the system to us) and on-site service available.
As of January 1, 2007 our service rates are $75/hr for carry-in service and $90/hr for on-site service. There is a one hour minimum for either carry-in or on-site service.
If you have a system you would like to bring in for service please try to call ahead. It's important for use to have an idea of what the problem is in advance if possible so that we can let you know if we need you to bring anything with the system. (i.e. cables, monitor, printer, program disks, etc.)
