Project-Based Pricing
Most web sites are initially built based on a flat, project price. OCT will provide a proposal to you for such projects. Often, large numbers of updates can be batched together and priced as a project. This approach helps to keep your cost down on a large number of updates. Contact OCT for more information.
For smaller or urgent needs our hourly, web rates are:
$40/hour Basic web site work consisting of HTML, CSS, Graphics, Scanning, basic Flash, Etc.
$50/hour Advance web site work consisting of programming in PHP, Java script, Action Script, MySQL, Etc.
$40/hour Search Engine Optimization and related work such as web site traffic analysis, etc.
Extended hours: M-F, 5:00pm - 9:00pm
$80/hour Basic web site work consisting of HTML, CSS, Graphics, Scanning, basic Flash, Etc.
$100/hour Advance web site work consisting of programming in PHP, Java script, Action Script, MySQL, Etc.
Saturday hours: 10:00am - 5:00pm
$120/hour Basic web site work consisting of HTML, CSS, Graphics, Scanning, basic Flash, Etc.
$150/hour Advance web site work consisting of programming in PHP, Java script, Action Script, MySQL, Etc.
Rush Charges
We know that occasionally a project or update may be incredibly urgent. We work hard to get your job done in a timely manner but we understand that sometimes it just can't wait. When those times come we may need to re-prioritize our work and project load in order to get to your emergency. In these cases a Rush charge may apply to your project.

Discounts
We are often asked if we offer any discounts. The answer is YES. We offer a 10% discount on services to current members of the LAX Coastal Area Chamber of Commerce, West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, and the "We Fly As One" program for LAX employees. This discount applies to labor only. Memberships must be in good standing. Proper, valid ID is required for "We Fly As One" participants.
Discounts can not be combined with other specials or promotions that OCT may offer from time to time.
