Six years ago Our Computer Tech was officially formed. Frank Thomson and Don Miller founded Our Computer Tech because they noticed an underserved segment of business in the community, technical support for the small to medium sized business. Often asked for help and advice by friends and colleagues Frank and Don decided to start Our Computer Tech.
Originally Our Computer Tech provided only web design services. However, as customers asked for technical support going beyond the web Our Computer Tech expanded. Now Our Computer Tech builds and sells desktop computers, notebook computers, printers as well as providing computer service, web site design, ecommerce web site development, hosting, domain registration and more. According to Don Miller, V.P. Sales and OCT founder, "Our goal is to use our technical expertise and business background to provide our clients the help they need to keep their business running smoothly. We want to provide value and we feel we are achieving that by being as close to a one-stop-shop as possible." He went on to say, "We have also been working hard to build relationships with other companies to help augment the value we can provide. Over the last couple of years we've been working Diane A. Curran of Mozaique Media Arts. Diane is a hugely talented graphic designer and skilled marketing pro. Together, Our Computer Tech and Mozaique Media Arts have collaborated on a dozen successful projects with more on the way. In January 2007 we became a Lenove partner. Lenovo are the folks who make the ThinkPad notebooks. In February we became an authorized RICOH reseller. RICOH is better known in the corporate world for copiers but they have a very good line of laser and color laser printers, inkjet printers, faxes and scanners. We're proud to be one of a very few companies locally making RICOH more available to this communities businesses. This is all in addition to our existing affiliations with Microsoft, Intel, Linksys and more."
Our Computer Tech is working to add many more services and features to OurComputerTech.com over the coming months. By customer request Our Computer Tech added an online payment option now available on the Contact page. By summer a new ecommerce web site package will be available allowing what amounts to a custom programmed shopping cart sporting real-time credit card payment processing , real-time shipping estimates, inventory count and a flexible site owner web interface...all for under $2,000.00. Also currently in development is a 100% confirmed-opt-in email newsletter service.

January 4, 2007 :: Mozaique Media Arts launches new web site
This January Mozaique Media Arts launched a new web site. Finally treating herself to her own highly touted design talents Diane A. Curran has created an effective, informative and pleasing web site for her company. November 29, 2006 :: Poi Wear Expands to the Web

April 12, 2006 :: Our Computer Tech Gets Remodeled
To reflect the growth Our Computer Tech has experienced over the past two years just a web site update wasn't sufficient. The new web site has an altogether new look and feel. It has to because there is so much more to cover.
Our Computer Tech has been providing web site design and hosting services since early 2001 but over the last two years more services have been added allowing Our Computer Tech to provide even more value to it's clients. One new addition is the ability to register domain names. Now you can work with Our Computer Tech on your web site from start to finish: register your domain, design and build the web site and host the web site. For domain name registration check the top right of any page on the new site and follow the link.
Another new offering from Our Computer Tech is the ability to offer custom built computers. These computers are built by Our Computer Tech to your specifications. Our Computer Tech is also registered with Microsoft and Intel as system builders. Check the Computers and Software section of the site to find out more.

"Back to Basics - Marketing 101 Speaker Series"
Don Miller, V.P. Our Computer Tech was invited to be a speaker at the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce "Back to Basics - Marketing 101 Speaker Series". The topic for the evening was 'Now is the time to create YOUR web presence.'
Along with Hyung Lee, Area Sales manager for SBC Yellow Pages, Mr. Miller helped the Pacific Palisades members understand how having a web presence can help their buisness and what questions to ask when planning for a web site.
During the event some of the Chamber members found out that they already have a web presence even without having a web site.
