This secure order form is for just one product but incorporates the ability for the customer to order a quantity, pay with a credit card with automated payment through Authorize.net, choose the shipping method and use an alternate shipping address if desired. There are also a number of features for the site owner such as automatically sending the order information to their fulfillment center and generating packing slips and invoices in HTML format. This is a live order form, not a demo. Any orders you place WILL go through.
